Recipe

CHOCOLATE FUDGE
Christmas is a time when we all love to eat something special. Chocolate fudge is easy to make and special at any time of the yar, so why not try this delicious Christmas recipe and give it to your friends and family?

Ingredients:
- 300g dark chocolate
- 1 can (400ml) condensed milk

Preparation:
1. Open the can of condensed milk and pour the contents into a saucepan with the chocolate. Then heat the pan gently until the chocolate begins to melt.

2. Take the pan off the heat and keep on stirring until the chocolate has melted completely and is mixed in with the milk. Then spread the mixture into a greased 20cm tin.

3. Put the tin into the fridge and leave it to chill until the mixture has become solid.

4. Cut the chocolate fudge into squares and arrange them on a plate. Now you're ready to invite your friends and family to try some. Mmm...Irresistible!
