UNIT 8: a review of a book or film

TITANIC
I’d like to recommend a film that I’ve watched many times, called Titanic. The director of the film is James Cameron.
The film is epic romantic and the setting is in a transatlantic that sails cross the Atlantic Ocean, Southampton (England) to New York (USA). The main characters are Jack Dawson (Leonardo DiCaprio) and Rose DeWitt Bukater (Kate Winslet). Jack is a poor man that fells in love with Rose. Rose is a rich woman that fells in love with Jack during the travel.
The things I liked most about the film were the relationship with Jack and Rose because Rose’s mother didn’t like Jack and she continues with him. Some scenes are memorable because the transatlantic hit an iceberg and the water gets into the boat. But the style and the plot are very nice.
All in all, I really liked the film, and though it hasn’t got a really happy ending, I wouldn’t change it. It’s a nice film to watch because it’s a classical film.
