HAVE FUN AT HOME!

CHRISTMAS TREE COOKIES
HO, HO, HO! This Christmas you can make tea-time into tree-time with these delicious Christmas Cookies. They're fun to make and great to eat. Invite your friends to try them. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Ingredients:
- 280g butter
- 150g suger
- 240g ground almonds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 250g flour
- raspberry jam
Preparation:
1. Put the butter, sugar, flour, grouond almonds and cinnamon into a bowl. Mix all the ingredients togther and then beat the mixture well. 

2. Take the dough out of the bowl and roll it into a ball on the table. Then wrap the dough in cellophone and put it in the fridge. Leave it there for one hour. This will make the dough firmer and easier to shape. 

3. After taking the dough out of the fridge, remove the cellophane and rall it out on the table. Using a cake mould or a knife, cut he dough into tree shapes. With a strw, make 5 holes in the trees.

4. Put the biscuits on a baking tray and bake them in the oven at 210ยบ for 10 minutes. Then take them out of the oven and leave them to cool for a few minutes. You can eat them as they are, or put two of the biscuits togther and fill them with jam to make a sandwich. Irresistible!
